We recognize the sensitivity of AI-generated artworks and digital creative assets.

Many AI-generated image files submitted by creators—particularly files under 5 MB—are not suitable for large-format Digitograph™ edition production. In such cases, Digitograph™ Studio may perform professional editing, reconstruction, rendering, and preparation to achieve museum-quality physical editions.

Depending on the production arrangement, the following policies apply:

1. Creator-Paid Production Services
   If the creator commissions and pays for Digitograph™ Studio production services in advance, all final edited files and physical Digitograph™ editions remain the intellectual property of the creator, subject to the agreed publishing terms. Revenue from editions sold through AIART Publishing™ is typically shared on a 50% / 50% basis, unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Publisher-Funded Production
   If production services are not prepaid by the creator, AIART Publishing™ and Digitograph™ Studio may retain publishing and sales rights for the Digitograph™ editions. In such cases, the creator receives commission payments based on sales, as defined in a signed publishing or commission agreement executed before production or public release.
3. Confidential Handling
   Submitted artworks are treated as confidential. High-resolution or production-ready files are not publicly displayed without creator authorization, except where the creator has already published the image publicly.
4. Secure Storage
   High-resolution master files are stored securely and used only for approved production, publishing, archival, or authentication purposes.
5. Limited Online Display
   We intentionally limit online image resolution and availability to reduce unauthorized copying, scraping, or misuse.
6. Protected Archives
   Digitograph™ production files, edition records, and authentication documentation are maintained as protected internal archives.
